These apartments are okay, priced well for what you get.
Pro's: They are newer, clean, good location, maintence very helpful and apartments and parking lot are extremely safe.
Con's: Made poorly and cheaply (i.e. walls & floors crack, sink falling apart) dog poop is everywhere, thin walls (you can hear everything your neighbors are doing and when it is windy the outside vents bang extremely loud) and the parking is a problem.

My biggest complaint about this complex is that we have had nosie complaints two times in the last year and a half, and had never had one before in the many years we have lived in apartments. We are older and keep to ourselves and never have had any complaints against us and find it odd that now we are getting nasty letters on our door telling us to keep it down...even so far as saying we are shutting our doors and drawers to hard! We also never invite people over because we are worried about getting a noise complaint and when we watch movies we have to constantly be adjusting the volume which we have never done in any other place that we have lived, which were places that were much more high scale then this. It is sad because we pay rent to live here and are miserable because we are always on egg shells hoping we are not going to get a complaint, which would almost be comical if we weren't so upset, puzzled and offended.
We won't be renewing our lease when it is up (who knows we may be kicked out by then for showering after 10 PM). SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
