As with any apartment complex you are not going to have a parking spot just right outside your front door. Depending upon the time of day that you are comming and going you will find a space accordingly. Yes, I do find rent just a bit on the high side, however if I wanted to pay less and get a lesser quality apartment then I'd go seach out a roach motel over by UCO. To get information you must ask the question to get the answer and read any and all paper work that you may get. If you have pets plan to pay, and for good reason. I was charged for a carpet cleaning until I showed a reciept for a professional cleaning and then the charge was taken off of my check out bill. If you mind you P's and Q's you will be just fine and have an enjoyable time at this upperclass apartment complex.
