My boyfriend and I have been living in a one bedroom apt since Aug 08'. I really have nothing negative to say about the place except that the rent is extremely high. But, I guess you pay for what you get. I feel completely safe here and have never heard of any cars getting broken into. I have noticed recently that there is probably only 3-4 units (out of 10)filled on our side of the building, whereas a few months ago only 1 was empty. You never used to be able to get a parking spot after 9 pm and now you have a wide selection as to where to park. We will be the next to leave bc my boyfriend is moving next door to a brand new complex, managed by the same people, for a little cheaper.

Just be forewarned, I moved in to the new phase of Stonebridge when they completed it in '07 and got a good rate, but they only let me sign a short lease. As soon as they complex was completed and the property value was re-appraised, they increased my rent by nearly 50%. You might save a little cash now, but you can expect to either pay way more or move again as soon as that new complex is fully complete and near capacity.
