Do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. Besides the constant train noise mentioned by others, the construction of these apartments is almost criminal. If you live on the ground floor, you will hear every move your upstairs neighbor makes ... the floors squeak like crazy. And no matter which level you live on, the walls are paper thin and you will feel like you're part of every conversation that your nieghbors have.
Maintenance responses are slow ... took over a week to repair my A/C in the middle of summer. Prior office staff was decent but the current office staff is either lazy or incompetent ... probably both.
The water for the entire complex is shut off almost weekly for repairs ... sometimes without notice. You can't walk the grounds without stepping in dog crap.
It's common for cars to be broken into. One poor resident had his vehicle put up on blocks and all 4 wheels were stolen. I never saw a security patrol in the entire time I lived there.
I wouldn't suggest that my worst enemy live here.
