I have lived at Windrush Apartments for just over 5 yrs, and enjoy calling it home. I have recent gotten a roommate and upgraded from a 2 bedroom unit to a 3 bedroom unit. While there have been the occasional maintenance problems, everything has been fixed in a timely manner. The leasing staff are very competent, knowledgeable, and able to answer questions accurately.
If you experience the normal hiccups in life (death in the family, medical emergency,etc...) and are going to be late or miss a payment on rent- and you do the right thing ---> Keep the staff informed, let them know what is going on, make alternate arrangements, and honor them; you will have no problems here.
I know most of the staff by name, or by face. They have always been courteous and helpful to me. The grounds are well kept, and very thankfully the complex doesn't participate in Section 8.
