My teenage daughter and I moved into Hunters Hill in May of 2008. We have had no problems whatsoever. Unlike the previous poster we have found the friendliness of the apt manager to be very refreshing unlike the previous owners of this complex. We have had minor maintenance problems but when we call they have fixed the problem within 24 hrs. The building is quiet, the neighbors are nice and the location is great. Much better than the apts on the SW side of town.
