I am from Enid and I am moving back. I pretty much have my mind set on where I am going but I just wanted to check and make sure since I havent been back for several years. So i read these articles and there are a few things i need to express. The only problem with this apt. complex is the parking lot (Terrible with a capital T). When I lived there management was great and maintenance was quick and responsive. They have one maintenance man on call every night so if you have something wrong he will be there in normaly less than 15 minutes. The manager Sharon, who I believe is still there...thank God. Is the nicest landlord i have ever had. She is willing to work with you on your rent and will relocate you if you have not so quiet neighbors. They have a great pool and most of the residents are from Vance Air Force Base so it is always quiet there. Dont get me wrong, sometimes (no matter where you go) there are those loud partiers but Sharon will kick them out!!! I am looking forward to my move back to Enid, I will be giving Sharon a call next month.
