My parents lived in the complex about 20yrs ago.

I lived there for two years.

Maintenance was prompt the few times I had issues.

The manager was very personable.

I liked that the entrance to the apartment was a well lit inside hallway.

Landscape very nice.

Covered parking.

Has character.

I would highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I don't know what apartments you are talking about, but they are not Pheasant Run (6102 W. Chestnut). These apartments have only been here approximately 6 years, there is no covered parking, no inside hallways leading to peoples front doors.
