My family has lived at Pheasant Run for going on 5 years, and we love it here, aside from a few minor things.
We adore the Resident Manager, she is helpful and kind, and if we have any maintenance problems, they are taken care of promptly.
They pest spray in a continuous cycle, every 3 months, so we have no insect or rodent troubles.
There is a pool, a playground, and a barbecue area.
Downstairs apartments have ample porch areas as well.
Now, if you have upstairs neighbors who are stompy/didn't teach their children not to run in the house, it can sound like a stampede above your head.
Some people are discourteous in picking up their dog leavings, and no amount of notification and fining will change that.
Those are the only complaints I have.
