Jan 15th had called and made an appt. to see a 3 bd 2 b at Pheasant Run apts.in Enid.
The Manager sets my husband and I up an appt. at 2:30pm to show it to us.After driving across town getting there 10 min early two female's walk in.The manager takes them in the office first seeing that we have been waiting 4 her meaning the manager to get off the phone.After about 15 min still waiting she comes out to to lobby where we are waiting and starts asking about our income so we tell her and everything with that falls into there guidelines.Then the manager go to tell us that there is a folder with pictures of just an apt.that we could look at.I explained to her I did not want to see the pictures but the apt. that we had an appt. to come and look at.Then she goes to say that she does not have the time to show us cause the two ladies in her office where 9 days from losing there apt and she needed to take care of them and it would be til 3:30pm til she would have time to do anything.So we went back home.3:30pm comes so we call her to make sure that before we drive out there she would have the time to show us.She went to proceed to tell me that she got busy again and it would be another 45min or so.The bottom line to this is The manager can't manage those apts.right with actions like that.She lost could have been tenents that pay there rent on time every month to people that do not that was lossing there apt.Now they lost good tenents to.Did not even get an application that we had asked for maybe she was to busy to reach in her desk to get that to :-0.Or maybe it was a black and white issue all since I'm white and my husband is black.All I have to say OWNER GET NEW MANAGER!Starlight203_2000@yahoo.com g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

It sounds like a five year old wrote this review. I would highly recommend taking some English Classes, because the poor grammar makes the review less credible.
