Nice Apartments - In Enid, there are no 'luxury' apartments. The apartment I rented here was pretty nice, though. Newer carpet, newer appliances. Great place to live I lived at Pheasant Run Apt. for a year and I would recommend to live there if you are looking into renting an apartment. The manager is very helpful and it is a safe place for your children I believe. They are very nice and comfortable and affordable.

NO NO NO NO These apartments have DRUGS and all other kinds of things going on. Just last week someone went to jail because they had a METH lab in their apartment. I would not MOVE HERE.. The lady that runs it is FREAKY... Please read Contracts and talk to other people living here before you move

Not very good Old apartments, fixtures are cheap, the parking lot urgently needs to be paved again, staff does a big effort to try to keep them in good shape but some things are just too old, like the kitchens, there is too much dust in the ceilings and walls. Good gardening
