The apartments are nice for the area but still very cheaply made. The doors don't hang right, and sliding ones fall out all the time, there are issues with the plumbing, and other minor problems The grounds are well maintained, but the pool is hardly ever in working order. The manager is extremely rude and pushy. (I can't stress this point enough, she needs to be replaced) Her assistant is somewhat better, but always has "guests" (her kids and friends)in the office when her boss is not there. The rent is outrageously overpriced for around here, and the terms of the lease are exacting and somewhat unfair. We've had problems with noise, and alot of the kids here run around unsupervised during the day. (Several of them prank our doorbell, I've also seen them pushing eachother around in a dishwasher rack, seriously unsupervised)
It's not all bad, for an apartment it is fairly quiet most time, and they are in good shape looks wise. Nice carpet and paint-things like that. Good appliances and ammenities. But overall, the negative outways the good.
