The manager here takes it upon herself to make up her own "No Parking" spaces just so her boyfriend can get his motorcycle up to her door and then leaves vulgar messages on the windshields of cars that use her made up "No Parking" zone. Also, the vehicles that park here are subject to vandalism by a new tenant. Parking where your car is visable does help a little.

Well i have lived in apple valley since october and i hate it people here are ridiculous the old manager is a dumb ----- and the new one is her friend so what was the point in firing her i pay 395 for a one bedroom aprtment thats only worth 200 maybe im gonna try to find a new place to live and i would not recommend anyone to move in here at all..

My daughter just moved into these apartments. She was told by the manager that the apartments were being remodeled and they were replacing the carpet and appliances. I saw the apartment the first time today for myself, after my daughter, only 20 and her first place to live on her own, find the carpet is older than the hills, burned with cigarettes, not to mention the aweful stinch of cigarette smoke once you walk into the door! And of course, the appliances are as old at the apartments! I feel they just lured her in, just so they could get another young and gullable tenant! Now she's stuck in a 6 month lease in this rat hole! I called the manager and she said that my daughter misunderstood, that they were only remodeling the apartments that were in the worst condition! (then why in the hell did she tell my daughter if no intention to remodel the apt she was leasing!!) My daughter could move to Edmond and pay a little more and have much more quality!
