where should i start' our car was broken into twice our friends who lived nexted door got $3500 worth of stuff stolen outta their house, gas was taken outta cars, the frences got gang tagged, our AC was leaking into the house and they wouldnt fix it until i wrote to Mission, our door was falling off and letting flies into the house and they wouldnt do anyting about it again until i got ahold of missions. Over all I wouldnt live there... let alone let my pet live there... awful!!

This property was acquired in Oct. 2005 by National Property Management.They also own properties in TX,NY and FL. They are dedicated to making their properties some of the finest and most enjoyable to live in. There are constant upgrades being completed and each have a very well trained staff. This property has become one of the best places in Lawton to live. We go out of our way to please each and every resident and will help make your apartment not just an apartment but your home. Unfortunately their will be a few residents that are not going to be happy anywhere. Obviously, the former resident was not only unhappy with us but did not like the town of Lawton either. When acquired by National Property some of the former employees had to be let go. Perhaps this is an angry former employee writing the review. I have been told by many residents they have seen enormous improvement and are so happy I am here. We have renovated the inside and outside of the apartments and have a wonderful group of residents now living here. We have added a fitness center, have 3 laundries(currently under renovation), installed a playground and will have 2 sparkling pools for your enjoyment. We are adding charcoal grills and picnic tables. We are located in a great part of town. We have 3 excellent courtesy officers who are all members of the police force and 7 staff members, all of whom live on the property. Yes, even though I am the manager writing this, you can be assured I would not be living here or managing if the above review had any truth to it. I want you to be happy living here and will assure you I will go out of my way to see to it. This is a must from my staff as well. Come give us a try. You won't be dissapointed!

hahaha! That is one of the funniest responces from a manager I have ever heard! I live in Avendale, (unfortunately) I am in the the Military and hate the town of Lawton also. That doesn't mean I am going to hate my apartment just because it is in Lawton. And all this talk about renovation......WHERE?! What did you renovate, the Managers Office. My Fricken apartment is falling apart!!!!! You got a crappy cable company who charges tennats an outrageous amount for cable/directtv (with oh, by the way the package they sell you, doesn't exist anymore, so if you try and make changes to the service....forget about it!). This place is like Section 8 in Houston! Gangs, Noise, Trash, and Management who don't give a crap about anything except where the rent check is!!!! This place sucks!!!

oh and manager up there...i gave you all a try...still am...and i am very dissapointed....to the point of wanting to move back with my parents
