The apartments are average in size and cost, but lacks in maintance and quality. If you have a problem with a neighbor, be prepared to be ignored or lied to by the manager, Tonya, herself, or one of the several staff members that can't keep track of any situation without getting severely confused. Problems do not get resolved very quickly, if at all. If you are a person who is not rude or overbearing, don't expect to be listened to. Upkeep of the parking lot, pools, and lighting is extremely poor. During winter, don't expect the walk ways to be cleared out by the lazy staff members. Drug deals and robbery is rampant. ALWAYS lock your door and windows and pray that one of the local gang members who live there don't jump you at night. Expect loud music and general disconcern for other people by the neighbors. Also, be prepared for the weekly visit by ambulances and cops that have to break up fights. Do not expect quality from this apartment at all. Only perk is being close to Ft. Sill Mow-Way gate. Otherwise, avoid if at all possible.You're better off trying to find a house to rent than deal with apartments in this dirty little military town.
