Coming from Chicago may throw off how I feel I suppose. The neighborhood feels safe sometimes and then others, it does not. Lived here for about a year now, and they are a bit lame when it comes to getting things done. I know our place, at least, needs new cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen, new windows, and new carpet. It would definitely help this place out a lot. But in all reality, I really don't think you can beat the price for the space you're getting. We have a 3 bedroom apartment and, with the new rates, will be paying just a little over $600 a month. This apartment is very spacious. That's probably one of the only things keeping me here. AND, the people in the office have always been nice to me, and I appreciate that too.
