As far as rent it's not that bad and you only have one utility bill, electric. But, there is also only ONE air/heating unit...which warms most of the apartment during winter but only cools off the living room where the unit is located. It got really miserable during night while sleeping in the bedrooms.
If anything ever needed to be fixed or replaced it took awhile for them to respond.
And if you are MILITARY and are on the waiting list for housing expect to pay a large amount of money to get out of your lease. We had to pay well over $600 dollars, they kept our deposit, and gave us three days to move out or they were gonna charge us more. It was extremely stressful and hurtful.
A month and a few weeks after we have moved out we get a bill in the mail saying we own more money. After it was all cleared up it was apparent that their book-keeping is not up to par...so KEEP ALL OF YOUR RECEIPTS!!!!
I am glad we no longer resident at Avendale Pointe Apartments.

OH!!! and PARKING is TERRIBLE!!!!

ALways remember there are always two sides to every story... And, you cannot be told to leave within 3 days UNLESS you are EVICTED... With regards to the security Deposit, maybe we need to review the arrangements that were made or we should discuss the condition of the apartment when you left. I would guess that we dont want to give the real story as to why you had to leave, or were told to leave as the case may be... As far as Military goes, we absolutely welcome anyone in the military to come in a fill out an application. There are housing addemdums to our leases that prevent you from having to break your lease...
