Yeah Avendale Point needs a makeover, yeah you have probally had a bad experience. Got it. But why don't you tell everyone why you live in Avendale Point' Because you wanted to save money! If your cheap, your gonna get cheap! I used to complain about this apartment complex all the time, and tell people to stay away just like everyone else on here. I have never had a problem with the ladies in the office nor the maintenance men. Actually they were fast responders and understanding to what problems I have had. Did it always get fixed the way I wanted, no, but I understand now, you get what you pay for. So if you want to pay less, this is the best apartment for sustainable living quarters and safety for the money. If you float around Lawton trying to pay the same price, you will find it, but it will not be as good as Avendale Point.
