I am actually a past resident that was there after the remodeling phase. All of the appliances are nice, but are cheap and break easily. All of the apartments seems to suffer water damage when it rains. My apartment flooded with water and it took them almost 2 days to come out and look at it because they claimed that it wasn't an emergency, but it obviously was! Then, when the carpet people came out, they said there have been to this one apartment on several occasions for other tenants. The smell of mold seemed to start taking over and I couldn't even walk through my apartments without my shoes on!!!! I guess they rent apartments to charity cases because the people around are just entirely ghetto! They hang around in the breezeways, sell drugs, and several shootings around the apartment complex! I could go on and on about this place! It's just a horrible place to live!

Have you seen the place after the remodling was done? I just moved in and it seems like a completely different place than you're describing. Everything is brand new and it looks like they spent quite a bit of money. In my aprtment everything is brand new. the appliances, carpet, paint, etc.

After a while you will notice exactly what I'm speak on. Management is one of, if not the worst in Lawton / Fort Sill area! They have switched management companies about 3 to 4 times since I've moved! That should be a warning sign to most! If I knew then what I know now, I would have never subjected myself or anyone else that I know to that horrible place! It's not profitable and needs to be torn completely down and built back up from scratch!
