These apartments are horrible. Not only is the outside nasty, the inside is awful also. Im a current resident moving out. There is trash everywhere outside, the pool is black, the laundry facilities are trashed out, and half of the washers are broken, and if one does work, it'll tear the clothes up. The managers are not very friendly at all. Also, the crime rate here is very high. There is constantly police here, and the apartment below me just recently got raided for drugs. The parking lot also has pot holes everywhere, and most of the pavement is corroded. Also, the maintence team is horrible. My air conditioner broke last july, and it took them over a month to fix it, coming in when they pleased with or without our permission, and 5 or 6 different times. I had scheduled appointments with them and they never showed up on time, or on totally different days.

There is constantly police here my app started leckin about 3 months ago n they still did notta about it my kid room started growin mold that was we started moven cuz u cant have a kid in that stuff or they will die i hope every1 does see this befor they do move in this app cuz if u do dont move in there thay suck n wont do anything that u do tell them or ask them 2 do it all sucks here the add is 4741 nw motif manor app 204

An artillery round needs to be shot from Fort Sill and into the complex so that it can be leveled. This way they can start all over with a clean slate.
