i can't wait till my lease is up! i'll admit it's cheap but the savings aren't worth it. there is ALOT of crime here! drug dealers and their clients are always around. my friend visited and got his car stolen 3 days later a few hours after we got home! the drug dealers are armed and sometimes walk around or threaten people with their guns. management knows and witnesses this! the current management lady is not worried about our welfare. the laundry room is a waste of money. there are only a few machines out of about 10 dryers and 10 washers that work. and the dryers don't get even small loads dry the first time. there is always someone yelling. or people being loud in their cars. the pavement is horrible. the pool is not currently clean enough to use and i don't think i'd use it anyways. luckily i got a decent apartment and so far the fix it guys have fixed everything i've asked. make sure you look at the exact apt you will be renting. know your rights as a tenant. but my best advice, if you can pay a little more money and live somewhere safe and clean and comfortable. good luck.
