the apartments are horrible. the carpet is nasty and old. the appliances are outdated and have been painted in my apartment.(it is chipping off) i hear gunshots all the time. there is no parking and if you find a space someones kid will hit it or scratch it. the walls are like paper. if you listen you can hear a conversation next door. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I am a current tenant at Fox Valley Apartments. I do not agree with the above statements regarding the condition of the apartments. When I moved in my apartment was very clean, the carpets had been professionally cleaned and all the appliances were in good condition. I have not really ever had a problem in regards to noise, I hardly ever hear the people above me or beside me. Management has always been really nice, and friendly. I would suggest anyone who is looking for a nice, affordable place to live to move here.
