These apartments are horrible. In the summer the only habitable room is the living room. They are not central air and heat. They have 1 small wall unit and it barely cools the living room in the summer. It will be at least 90 degrees in the other bedrooms. The same in the winter. All the other rooms will be extremely cold. There was a murder in the complex in Jan of 07. The management is extremely rude. This is a military town and there is always someone looking for a place to live so if you complain too much they will boot you out first chance they get. They are exploiting the high housing demand in this area. They recently raised the rent right after the murder occurred.
Parking is a total nightmare. There are alot of soldiers that live here and they all have cars and constantly have soldier buddies over with them. It is not uncommon to have to park a very great distance from your apartment. Please avoid this place at all costs.

The murder that occurred in the Parking lot of Fox Valley was terrible. However, Fox Valley security cameras are responsible for putting the person who committed this horrible crime behind bars.

Yeah they are responsible for putting the murderer behind bars, but they are not good for anything else. My husband's motorcycle was stolen from the complex and the cameras did not see anything
