Fox Valley is not the best place to live. When I was a tenant there, there were always issues with noise, parking, laundry facilities and maintenance. The police were always there, you had to park across the complex from your apartment, half of the washers and/or dryers were always broken, and maintenance would make random trips into apartments. I had an incident one day where I stayed home from work and a maintenance man cam into my apartment... I had not but in a work order of any kind.
