The manager is terrible and desperately needs to be replaced.

Never have I encountered someone so inexperienced and lazy.

She waits until the last possible moment to notify tenants when work needs to be done in the apartments and when work is being done, she will pull the maint.

people from that job to do something minute and medial.

I would love to be able to contact the owner and fill him in on what has been going on.

Not to mention the noise has gotten completely out of hand over the past year.

When TJ was manager, noise levels were non-existing and rules were followed.

This manager doesn't do anything about noise complaints.

Not to mention allowing residents to leave trash out on the landing by the front doors.

What a complete disgrace.

We are contemplating contacting the housing office on base to let them know Pecan Valley Apartments aren't worthy of military tenants.

It also seems as though prospective tenants aren't screened closely as before.

I am very disapointed with how rapidly the property has gone down hill.

We have been here since 2003 and we have submitted our notice.

I am so glad we didn't renew our lease.
