I do not recoment the complex at all and the manger is lazy specially for the military family I do not recoment this place at all.

They use my deposit to fix the apartment but I clean it and they said was perfect but I had the surprice of just 30 dollas refund of the deposit.

I am a resident at Pecan Valley Apartments. I have lived here for 5 years plus. I feel that Mangement and Maintenance Staff are very professional. When i found Pecan Valley I felt that Management and residents work together to make this a very nice place to live.

about that they take the deposit to fix the apartments is true it happen to me,the place is not a good place because of the manager they make you living a very horrible stay.

Then why did you stay? I have lived at Pecan Valley Apartments for several years. Seen Managers come and go and I have been pleased with all. however there are residents that have come and gone as well that HAVE been terrible. Some tenants have no respect at all for the place they lived in or people around them. Then they leave and need someone to blame it on and that would be the management. Poor excuse for their own cause.
