I am currently a resident at Pecan Valley Apartments. I am a military wife and have been at this residence for alomst a year. I have lived in larger cities and moved around alot. Both my husband and I feel that this complex was built with residents comfort in mind. Not only is the property quiet, but well kept with exceptions to the trees. Keep in mind that with a large amount of trees that there will be leaf and limb debri. The Management and Office staff was very cooperative with any questions that I had when i first moved in and are still helpful to this day. Maintenance was always helpful when i needing something fixed in my Apartment. When first moving to Lawton and looking at Apartments we did think that $695 was kind of high, but for the size and the secluded area of these Apartments i am glad we chose to live here.
