We haven't moved in yet but have put down the deposit. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!! These apartments are BRAND new inside. New paint, new carpet, new tile, new stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher. Brand new light fixtures, new, heavy duty, wooden blinds, w/d hook up, large master bed. Definitely the best I've found in Lawton and it's for a great price. They can't hardly keep one available long enough so your timing has to be right. They are gated with a clicker entry, VERY quiet. Brand new laudry mat on site. Friendly staff and they pay water/trash. Down fall- no pool or clubhouse, no personal balcony or porch, and they are by some warehouse buildings. Located near the new Wal-Mart, across from restaraunts and movie theaters, gas stations and not too far from post or Cameron. I can't wait to move in!!
