Well, during my stay at Summit Ridge I would say that it's a nice place to live. You can hear everything your neighbors say or do, I always had wind blowing through my front door. I really hated the trash site, during the weekends there was trash everywhere. I think for what we paid for trash (which was too much) they could have done a better job with picking up the trash. In Colorado I paid less for water and trash together than what I paid for trash alone at Summit Ridge. The front office crew were great and did what they could to make the living better. I also think that the price is alittle high for the size and quality of the building. I think the Apartments were just thrown up quickly, you can look around and find things wrong all over the apartments. The residence need to also start picking up the dog mess after their dogs, it got really bad right before I moved with dog mess all over.

I am still not able to sign a lease after 3 weeks, they were doing endless verifications! They seems not checking their answer machine regularly! I am not sure about the crew, because difficult to get hold of them by phone and they never call back!
