First off, we had an upper level townhouse, yet for some reason we could still hear people walking on our living room ceiling constantly (no idea why). The landscape engineering is awful and if there's ever rain there will be little lakelettes that get in your way walking to you place. Also, horrible pest problem, I think there were at least 100 crickets that were in our place. And when we moved out they refused to do a walkthrough with us and told us they'd mail our deposit in a few months. Instead of getting our deposit we got a bill for a bunch of sketchy charges like "trash in cupboards" and touch-up paint, although we had the apartment professionally cleaned before we left. Sketchy business practices-rent elsewhere.
