If you don't mind noise, flooding and trash mounds....this is the place. You can hear everything ALL your neighbors do, say, and move. The walls are so thin, next door's snoring can be heard. When it rains, there is a flood in the parking lots, and the small, dirty grass areas become a muddy sespool. Trash seems to just get piled up outside the dumpster. I don't know if it's the calibre of tennant, or the lackluster trash facility, but it is always dirty, and unsanitary. For the extreme price......look elsewhere, heck - BUY a house. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
