I had a 2 bdrm deluxe size apartment. While very spacious, not worth the rent! It was nice to have all untilities include...now they have capped them. When something goes wrong they just fix it enough to hold it...it?s never done right. Had mold in ventilation system...they just spraypainted the vents to cover it. Didn?t "clean" ventilation system. Out of control neighbors that they did NOTHING about even after 5 compaints. At least 5 cars were broken into while I lived there, including mine. In the summer apartment was HOT! Even though air was set as low as it could go (40). I had to by 2 large floor fans just to make it bearable...forget about cooking inside for the summers. Complained 5 times...said nothing was wrong. Maybe it had to do with the fact that there was 1 outtake vent for the dining room, living room, and kitchen areas. Had a young child and no heat last year when it was about 25 out. They said something had broken and they had to wait for the part to come in...a suggestion, test your equipment BEFORE it is needed! Do not be fooled by the model that they show you...I have yet to have seen an actual apartment they rent look like this, and I have been in about 15 different ones. They are the exact opposite.
