Get Rid of Walter and the apartments would be a much better place.
I wouldn't recommend these apartments.
They're crap!
The appliances are crap as well.
The neighbors are rude..
teenage parties every night!

Seems like a very unhappy ex-resident. Must have not communicated with the office staff very well.
