My boyfriend and I have lived in two apartments within the complex in a 1 year peroid. Our first, a one bedroom townhouse, was entirely too small for the $525 we paid for it, we were harrassed by neighbors as well as the manager, the pool became a breeding ground for mosquitos due to lack of care, and our closet ceiling leaked something horrible. Our second, a one bedroom flat, was much nicer in apperance but things got much worse. EVERYTHING has broken and staff does not respond to work orders. Our balcony was not secured before we moved in, almost causing a horrible accident. Our toilet, after three complaints, has run for 7 months straight. It was 94 degrees today and our air conditioner is still not turned on. Apparantly paying $535 a month does not warrant a comfortable home. We are constantly blamed for things we do not do and have not in any means lived a comfortable life. I definately do not reccomend these apartments even to the desperate. Run while you still can.
