... its amazing how people have nothing better to do. This post has been made from a previous employee who was let go after using company time to do personal things. Unfortunately, she is correct about the previous manager that was there.... for that is myself writing this post. This employee was nothing but a dramatic trouble making person who was let go after she was deemed a failure. Again, unfortunately what she said about previous management is true... that is why there is a new management team. A great lady managing the complex with years of experience beyond what I could imagine. Regency is a good complex to live in. NOT the best. But the owner is willing to spend whatever money it takes to make tenants happy... and THAT is something that you will not find anywhere else. Give Regency a shot.... I think you will like it.

You know things that ONLY an inside employee would have known. ONLY! Thank you and good luck. especially about a tenant being asked to honestly describe their stay at that complex, as there was only ONE tenant who was given that option, and I am still in contact with them.

I think people (your tenants in particular) know MORE than you give them credit for. Word spreads fast...Don't be blind. That's all the more I have to say.
