I have lived at The regency Apt's for over a year now and have seen some very nice improvements. I don't think that every one is able to have a wonderful experience, no matter where you live. The rent is affordable free Cable, Internet which in the last year I have not any problems with, they spray for bugs at least once a month. I enjoy it here. The Management is great they listen and are really on top of things. I think they are thinking of doing a tenant appreciation Picnic (which I think is a great idea)The maintenance guys are friendly. I can honestly say that I enjoy it here. Perfect for military as well close to post and many furnished apt.
