Been living here since Sep 08, seen some improvements and upgrades. I'm military so kinda biased about being close enough to post, cache road, rogers lane, and I-44. For the rent money, it is good(cable, internet, water).My electric is never too high. Things are allright here for me. Some neighbors may be louder than others but that just goes with the maturity deal. All in all an allright place.
