I recently moved out of Regency. The apartments are ok. There is definitely nothing special about them. The one air conditioner in the living room is very under-powered and in order to keep the bedrooms cool, you have to provide a fan in the hallway. All the buckets under the ac's to catch the condensation in the breezeways seems kind of ghetto. The pool has been closed most of the summer due to one problem or another, with the office staff making excuses. The grounds always seem to have trash blowing around, and the same trash can be found for several days. The office staff is very rude when you walk in, and doesn't seem to want to be bothered. The "manager" is not willing to confront anyone, so if you have a legitimate problem with a neighbor or another tenant, forget ever getting it handled. Rules are not enforced even when they are broken right in front of staff. I was glad to get out of there and go somewhere where the management actually cares about the good tenants and wants to keep them.
