I lived here for about six months before I was offered on base housing. The carpet in the house is old and pretty musky. The neighbors were VERY loud and there was nothing we could do about it.
Also when we received a house on base, the management did not want to work with us to let us out of our lease. On top of that, our apartment was rented to someone else and they continued to try to accept our rent without letting us know someone was already renting it while we were already living on base. A neighbor had to tell me that someone was living there and I confronted management and they told me that person had just moved in and they were about to contact me. That was a lie. Not a good experience for me or my family.

Victoria Square is under new management. The management is friendly and fair and the maintenence is prompt and professional. I would recommend Victoria Square.
