The cost covers rent and everything else except electricity. Electric costs for computer geeks will run from $60-100 a month for a 1 bed bath up to over $200 for a three bedroom townhouse, mostly depending on weather extremes.

The apartments are nothing fancy, but they are well suited for their purpose. I believe all apartments are furnished with the bare necessities, such as a full-size oven and range along with a full-size refrigerator/freezer. Central electric air/heat; I did have some problems with the A/C during a hot summer, but when I called the office and mentioned it, they sent a guy over that day to work on it. (I think it was just a dirty/clogged filter.)

I?ve not used the gym, and one of the laundry facilities is nicer than the other; the one closest to me is usually messy because other residents(') have broken the hinge on the door so that leaves and ants sometimes get in. Same thing with the gate: certain residents and/or their guests break the thing rather often (why the hell did you move to a GATED complex, you morons!'). The whole area is said to be a high-crime area, although I have had zero problems personally. Renter?s insurance highly recommended for posterity, though.

Noise. There was a problem with "boom-boom" music with cars visiting the building across from mine, but after a single polite request to "keep the volume down", I have had no further problems. The apartments are somewhat close to Tinker, thus the fighters sometimes fly close on a periodic (bi-weekly') basis and make a lot of racket, but this is very infrequent.

Parking. There are no assigned parking spaces, and I have seen both the advantages and disadvantages to this. If you?re worried about parking, just don?t move to the building along the fence with the fire lane.

The staff is marvelous; they were very helpful and polite.

I am familiar with the area. There are too many negative reviews about this apartment complex for me to believe this review was written by anyone other than an employee of the complex.
