First of all, the staff is a waste of space. I cannot tell you how many problems we have had with these folks. During our tenancy at Fairfax, we saw a few criminals make their way through the complex, and the police had to respond to a few pretty serious calls. Not worth the cheap rent. You get what you pay for I guess.
