You've got to understand that the majority of the people who write reviews on these types of websites have negative opinions of the apartment in question. However, this MAY NOT reflect the majority of people's opinions who ACTUALLY live/lived there.

I lived there for around a year or so with my mom and 2 sisters. We had a 3-bedroom which was enough room for the 4 of us. Never had a bug problem, though they did spray a few times, so I guess it's working. The place was pretty clean when we moved in although we wiped it down anyways, just in case. The walls weren't too thin. Occasionally some people had parties but it was quiet 90% of the time. Parking was great. Just be careful walking around when it's snowy/icey. The pools were clean and I rarely saw people using them. The tennis court was fun to use. Some people walk there dogs so beware of dogcr*p. lol Water, electricity, trash... all of that was just fine. We had a tiny mold problem in our bathroom, but some guys came and took care of it when we asked. Nice neighbors who keep to themselves. Management seemed nice, though I never really dealt with them myself. There's security walking around there... at least I saw some at nighttime which I thought was nice. Decent playground for kids. Safe, gated community... though ANYONE could get in if they really tried.

Overall, I had an AWESOME stay here and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Wow, that's interesting. I have never seen anyone use the tennis courts nor have I ever seen security officers walking around. I will admit that the playground facilities were nice.

Ifyou never saw security you must be blind,they are there all night every night.you might have seen the insignia onhis shoulder and ran and hid
