I currently live here, With the price you pay each month for rent you would think that you would get more for your money.
1. limited parking close to apartment
2. Trash on the grounds all the time
3. No return call from management if you leave a message
4. Gate are broken more then working
5. 1 trash compactor of the whole complex. It is offten running over into the street.
6. Maintance is offten quick if the office remembers to write up the work order.
7. Management does not walk the property. You can tell because one neighbor is using their patio for storage. One neighbor still has what is left of their live christams tree on their patio. A lot of the security lights are out also. I have seen more that one neighbor BBQ with open flame on there second story patio.
So I ask myself why I am paying $200.00 more per month to live here.

Everyt is still the same 3 months later. You would think that after spending all the money on a NEW Complex the company would keep it up. NOT!!!!!! there is still trash all over the complex, on ground cover around plants in planting beds. Plus they wanted to raise my rent and charge me a pet rent per month PLUS the pet deposit!! I am sooooo glad I am leaving.
