I moved into my apt about 1 1/2 yrs ago. We were the first people to live in it. We were disgusted. The entire time we lived their its been finding all the builders screw-ups and WAITING for maintanence to find time to fix it. The 1st day we moved in the stove DIDNT work. It was never used. They told me theyll get around to it on Monday. This is thursday afternoon. I was pissed. I have a 6 month old. Oh and it gets better. Then about 8 months after that our fridge just quits working. We call and they dont do anything about it for oh 36 hours. Reasoning being "its not an emergency" So we lost around 250$ worth of food. And did they offer to to help replace it. NOPE. Most places give you a discount if you renew your lease with them. Not here, they uped mine over 200$. Theirs 1 trash compactor which is never taken care of. People leave their kids to run and scream all the time. Their was a shooting their about 1 month ago (which management did post an im sorry letter). Parking is a nightmare. People leave u-hauls in the street blocking you in for hours. Its the worst place ive ever lived. Its horrible.
