As far as crappy apartments go this place is fine. As far as customer service and working with people go you could not find a worse place. When an unfortunate incident happened and my keys were locked in my house the maintinence men charged me 25 dollars cash to use his master key. I would call that extortion. In order to maintain apperances the management called some of my colleagues at work and made them move their property off their balcony. When going to the main building please be prepared to wait as the women there take their time before talking to you or even recognizing you are there. The noise from our upstaris neighbors is horrible and the parking situation is out of control. There are NEVER spots avaliable after work. Many times I have to drive around and around to find any space at all. The one feature that they tout the "gated community" is on paper only as the gates are often broken and in poor condition. Move out was even worse! I am in the military and when recieving PCS orders on late notice and they forced me to pay into the next month to complete my lease. I have been so dissatisfied with this place the best part was moving away. If you are thinking of living here, think again.
