very loud noises from upstairs could hear puppies whining and every step they took, the maintenance is slow, front office staff friendly but worthless and clueless, dog crap is everywhere all over the grounds, had to dodge it everyday walking to my apartment. parking is horrible, gates are open 90% of the time, get charged extra for the "courtyard" view of 5 yards of grass between my building and the next, way over priced, do not recommend
