I am in the military and lived there for 8 months (which was my full lease) and when I moved out I paid to get the apartment cleaned professionally for 200 dollars. After getting it cleaned they inspected it and told me everything was good to go and that I would receive my full deposit returned. One week later I received a call from them telling me that I would instead owe eighty eighty dollars because at second glance the carpet "was not cleaned good enough". The management here will do anything to get money from you even if it takes lying!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Apartment looks nice but has thin walls and bad tenants!!

I dont know if its the same now as then but they dont make military pay a deposit so this review seems kind of suspicious to me.

No it's true I shampooed my carpet before I left and they still charged me for a cleaning. I left that thing spotless and they still tried to get cash from me. I only got $80 from my deposit back.
