New apts,that havent been there very long,of course are gonna look nice,new and well kept,which they WERE,when the former maint. crew was there.they were awesome!but they are gone.currently nothing but one dissapointment after another....exterior lighting,dog poop like never berfore!,cigarette butts everywhere,living here before and after you would DEFINATLEY notice the difference with maint.And cant leave out the friendly office staff and manager,who seemed to be either be on their cell phones,or on the internet....with 5 girls in the office,YET ONLY 3 maint men.absolutley makes no sense to me what so-ever!....these apts wil continue to spiral downhill with the current manager..management,etc. good luck legacy!
