I lived in this complex for maybe 3 months. My husband is in the Navy so we had to move! The office was very helpful in telling how we needed to go about things, and very kind! Even though we did break our lease kind of, we received a good referral from them! Which was greatly appriciated from them! The community was very quiet, scary at night, but parking was AWESOME! I had my own spot everynight! Maintenence was also a big help! with out them our apartment would have looked like something from the 70's show!before we signed our lease we were taken in there, to choose what paint and carpet! the tan carpet was nice compared to that blue grey this guy lived with for ever! last but not least it is affordable! i loved this place, if i could i would come back!

Well, that sure is a nice piece of propaganda. How in the world could you rate Parking a (5), let alone Maintenance (5) and Office Staff (5)? Rating Safety as a (4), WTF? Did you also write the intelligence reports that led us into war with Iraq? Overall Rating of (4): Clap, Clap, Clap, Clap, Clap...OVERRATED! Clap, Clap, Clap, Clap, Clap...OVERRATED!

MARY KAY OR STAFF PLEASE STOP WRITING YOUR OWN REVIEWS IT IS STARTING TO GET RIDICULOUS, OK IT WAS FUNNY AT FIRST BUT NOW ITS STARTING TO GET RIDICULOUS. YOUR HUBBY IS EX MILITARY SO ITS ONLY OBVIOUS YOU WOULD KNOW WHAT TO SAY ABOUT LEAVING AND BREAKING A LEASE.
