MEADOW GLEN APARTMENTS BECAME HORRIBLE AFTER MARY KAY CAME INTO PLAY, THE RENT WENT UP, UNNECESSARY CHARGES BECAME KNOWN. THE STAFF/MAINTENANCE DID NOT FIX WHAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED WHEN CALLED AND WHEN THEY WERE THERE THEY DID A HALF ASS JOB, THEY DONT WRITE DOWN YOUR COMPLAINTS CAUSE WHEN YOU CALL THEM BACK ON THEM THEY DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKONG ABOUT. THE MANAGER WAS NEVER AVAILIBLE. MY MAILBOX WAS NOT FIXED FOR A MONTH I HAD TO GET MY MAIL FROM THE OFFICE AND WHEN I DID GO IN TO GET MAY MAIL THEY WERE TO BUSY TALKING ON THE PHONE (PERSONAL CALL) (MARY KAY)..... AND WHEN YOU PAY YOUR RENT THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT SO KEEP YOUR MONEY ORDER NUMBER HANDY, OR THEY WILL ASSUME THAT YOU DID NOT PAY YOUR RENT AND CHARGE YOU AGAIN SO THAT THEY CAN HAVE EXTRA BUCKS IN THEIR POCKETS TO HAVE THEIR PARTIES IN THE OFFICE. THESE APARTMENTS SUCK, IF MARY KAY AND THE STAFF WERE REPLACED I WOULD PROBABLY MOVE BACK IN HAHA NOT. THEY CONTAMINIATED THEM FOREVER. OH YEAH PARKING SUCKS BIG TIME.

I have to be honest and say that everyone has talked bad of Mary Kay. I thought it was just rumors, but I met her myself (very briefly), and in those few seconds that I met her, she was extremely, horribly rude. I can't explain the situation, but the truth is, she was out of line and rude. The other lady there is very nice, though. She seems like a good person to me, but that other woman is vitrolic. I don't understand her hatred. And to think I only met her for a very short while. What an impression to leave. She must think that just because we don't own homes or just because we are forced to live there, we must be scum. It's sad.
